Die Gruppe Malteurop, eine französische Muttergesellschaft, ist mit einer Produktionskapazität von 2 200 000 Tonnen einer der Weltführer in der Malzherstellung. Eines von 10 weltweit verkauften Bieren wurde aus Malz unserer Werke gebraut. Unsere Business-Unit EMEA (Europe-Middle East-Africa) umfasst insgesamt 11 Mälzereien. Die 3 dazu zählenden Werke in Deutschland gehören zu den europäischen Leadern.
Für unser Werk in Heidenau, bei Dresden, suchen wir im Rahmen einer krankheitsbedingten Vertretung des aktuellen Stelleninhabers ab sofort einen Technikleiter m/w/d. Das Arbeitsverhältnis ist aufgrund krankheitsbedingter Gründe zweckbefristet, längstens bis zu einem Jahr. Eine Verlängerung ist gegebenenfalls möglich.
Dem Betriebsleiter direkt unterstellt und in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Elektromeister übernehmen Sie überwiegend die administrative Verantwortung für den Technikbereich. Im Einzelnen werden Sie mit folgenden Verantwortungen betraut:

In our malting plants, which operate continuously 365 days a year and 24 hours a day, production line workers take part in automated outsteeping (malt discharging) and product transfer operations.
The Varietal Development Manager is a demanding field worker, testing varieties of barley – our raw material – through growing experiments and analyzing them according to qualitative and agronomic criteria.
The experimentation technician plays an important role in research and development. He or she is responsible for the proper conducting of the experimentation done on different varieties of barley so that the Director of Varietal Development can select the varieties that will satisfy all the players in the value chain.
Being in charge of direct relations between two industrial operators and specializing in a single-product and largely single-clientele industry, our sales personnel need to know the product, production processes, the specificities of each customers’ particular needs and demands, etc., but also know the brewing profession and brewing technical processes.
Malteurop conducts a research and development policy aimed at introducing innovations into the barley-malt-beer value chain. It concerns primarily control over raw materials – barley and malt – and improving industrial processes at malting plants.
Malteurop has an international Technical Department whose goal is to optimize the industrial process at two levels – that of the malting process itself and that of the design and renovation of malting plants.
