Malteurop is seeking a Quality Specialist that will be located at our Corporate Office in Milwaukee, WI. The Quality Specialist, under the direction of the Senior Manager, Quality Services, helps ensure that the Barley purchased and processed along with Malt produced and blended for shipment, comply with Malteurop's quality standard.

Permanent training areas focus on two major themes:
The experimentation technician plays an important role in research and development. He or she is responsible for the proper conducting of the experimentation done on different varieties of barley so that the Director of Varietal Development can select the varieties that will satisfy all the players in the value chain.
The Malting Operations Manager has a hand in determining malt production objectives, along with costs, delivery times, quality, and quantity. This implies a close collaboration with all Malteurop’s departments, with the brewer customers, and with the barley suppliers.

Every year, Malteurop, in partnership with schools, offers a limited number of long-term traineeships.
Working together with grain growers is a natural approach for Malteurop. Firstly because growers are at the very origin of Malteurop and because they are part of the Group’s shareholding structure via their cooperatives.
